These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you," "user," or "client") and Fexistrade ("Fexistrade," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Fexistrade website, trading platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, AML/KYC Policy, and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

To use Fexistrade, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where use of the Services is prohibited by law.
• Not be listed on any sanctions list maintained by a governmental or international authority.

We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to restrict or terminate access if these conditions are not met.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Fexistrade is not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication method.

Fexistrade provides an online platform through which users can access trading, staking, and related financial services across supported markets. Available assets, instruments, minimum trade sizes, and features may change over time and may vary by account tier or region.

We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Any market data, educational content, or informational material on the platform is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a trading decision.

Fees applicable to trading, withdrawals, staking, or other services are disclosed within the platform prior to you confirming a transaction. We do not charge a commission on deposits, but transaction, network, or third-party payment provider fees may still apply depending on your chosen payment method.

We reserve the right to introduce, modify, or remove fees, with reasonable notice provided through the platform or via email for material changes.

Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits, processing times, and verification checks displayed at the time of the transaction. We reserve the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where additional verification, source-of- funds checks, or fraud-prevention review is required under our AML/KYC Policy.

Withdrawals are generally processed to a payment method or wallet matching the identity verified on your account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Manipulate markets, engage in wash trading, or exploit platform errors in bad faith.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or non-public areas of the platform.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to interact with the platform outside of any officially supported API.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and, where required, reporting to relevant authorities.

All content on the Fexistrade platform — including but not limited to the logo, branding, design, software, and text — is the property of Fexistrade or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

Trading involves risk, and you use the Services at your own discretion and risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fexistrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including trading losses, arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from our own fraud or willful misconduct.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, our AML/KYC Policy, or applicable law, or where required to protect the security or integrity of the platform. You may close your account at any time, subject to completion of any pending transactions and verification requirements.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, legal requirements, or operating practices. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Fexistrade's operations, as further specified during onboarding as our corporate and regulatory structure is finalized. Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be addressed through our support and internal resolution process before pursuing any formal claim.
